12. Season 2, Episode 5 introduces spores into the TV adaptation, which is the main threat of infection in The Last of Us video games. In the show, Nora chooses to go down to the basement where the spores are, while in the game, Ellie knowingly tackles Nora through a hole in the floor to the infected area.

As we learn over the first few episodes of The Last of Us Season 2, the WLF is based in Seattle. But it's not until episodes 3 and 4 we actually get to see the scale of the group, with episode 5 really dropping a reality check on our protagonists.
