Senate Bill 10 would require elementary and secondary school classrooms to conspicuously display a poster or framed copy of the Ten Commandments.

"Separation of church and state, that's not in the Constitution anywhere," said state Sen. Mayes Middleton, R-Galveston, who authored SB 11.
