Around 100,000 poured onto the streets of the Spanish city of Valencia Saturday to protest the government's handling of last month’s deadly floods.

Some 100,000 people marched to protest against the authorities' handling of Spain's floods in Valencia, whose eastern region bore the brunt of the tragedy's 230 deaths.

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez on Wednesday announced 2.3 billion euros ($2.42 billion) in additional aid to reconstruct areas of the Valencia region hit by the deadliest flash floods in Spain's modern history.

Adam Parsons reports from an underground car park in Valencia, that is "full of mud and abandoned cars", following the severe floods that hit the region.

Thousands of heated protesters have poured into the streets of Valencia, marking a month since floods ravaged towns and killed 222 in the region alone.
