Maryland Gov. Wes Moore has declared a State of Emergency due to the flooding in Western Maryland. It comes after multiple days of heavy rains.

Heavy rain, potential flooding, hail and gusty winds are in the forecast for early Friday in South-Central Pennsylvania.
