NEW YORK (AP) — A federal judge has warned a lawyer for music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs to tame his public comments now that the music mogul’s sex trafficking trial is underway, saying it was “outrageous” that he referred to prosecutors during a podcast as a “six-pack of white women.”

A U.S. judge pressed a government lawyer on Wednesday on whether Republican President Donald Trump was telling the truth when he said he could secure the return of wrongly deported migrant Kilmar Abrego Garcia with a phone call to El Salvador's president.

It’s the second time in recent weeks that the Trump administration has invoked the state secrets privilege in order to frustrate judges’ demand for information.

The Justice Department appeared in court on Wednesday to address the habeas case challenging the Alien Enemies Act, the law used by President Donald Trump to deport migrants to a prison in El Salvador.
