Sinn Féin MEP Lynn Boylan has said the European Union was "completely blindsided" after she was detained yesterday upon entry to Israel.

Sinn Féin's Lynn Boylan was part of an EU delegation which intended to travel to Palestine, however, she was deported upon arrival in Israel.
