Walmart is limiting egg purchases due to the avian flu outbreak. Here’s how many eggs you can buy and what other stores are doing.

Wegmans' website currently allows customers to buy up to 10 cartons of a dozen eggs or 18-count eggs, with a maximum of 180 eggs. Walmart is reportedly limiting customers to two 60-count cartons per purchase, or a maximum of 120 eggs, “to help ensure more customers can have access to eggs.”

Kroger has not imposed a nationwide rule on eggs but says some local stores are asking customers to limit purchases to two dozen at a time.
