TORONTO — Gabriel Arias collected three hits and drove in a pair of runs with a base hit in the fourth, and Cleveland’s “big four” relievers held Toronto scoreless across the final four innings Sunday to back starter Tanner Bibee in a 5-4 win against the Blue Jays at Rogers Centre.

Bibee came to the mound to warm up for the bottom of the sixth inning but appeared to be in discomfort, lifting his legs several times and calling the trainer out of the dugout. L
