Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer, District 3 Commissioner Robert Stuart and a list of other community partners gathered Thursday morning for the grand opening of the new affordable housing apartments.

At the workshop, four city commissioners said they would not support the measure, with Commissioners Jim Gray and Robert Stuart saying they would support an after-midnight alcohol sales ban.
