According to NFL VP of Communications Brian McCarthy, 52,000 total tickets were sold during the two hours of presale reserved for Rams season ticket members. Assuming most of those fans keep their tickets instead of reselling them on the secondary market, it should be a large contingent of Rams fans in attendance.

After nearly 48 hours of wildfires blazing through the Los Angeles area, the NFL has deemed SoFi Stadium unsafe for Monday night’s Wild Card matchup between the Los Angeles Rams and Minnesota Vikings. Instead, the two teams will square off at State Farm Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals.

Rams president Kevin Demoff was optimistic early Thursday that the playoff game could be held at SoFi Stadium, but it became clear there were many reasons to move the game.
