NATO’s new Secretary General Mark Rutte emphasized the need for increased support for Ukraine and condemned Russia’s use of North Korean troops and weapons, Iranian drones, and Chinese dual-use goods on a visit to Athens.

Rutte and Trump discussed a range of security issues facing NATO, according to the military alliance's press release.

The meeting comes amid growing fears among NATO members that the U.S. president-elect could destabilize the defense alliance.
