Hannah Kobayashi, the Hawaii woman who’s been missing for more than three weeks after arriving in Los Angeles on a flight from Maui, has been declared a voluntary missing person, Los Angeles police said Monday.

Hannah Kobayashi went missing Nov. 8 after flying from Hawaii to L.A. Her connecting flight at LAX would have taken her to New York, where she planned to visit relatives.

The Los Angeles Police Department said Monday it had video that showed Hannah Kobayashi, the woman from Hawaii who vanished last month after landing at LAX, crossing the border into Mexico, and said there was no evidence of foul play in her disappearance.
