Jonathan Drouin and Jack Drury scored 52 seconds apart in a three-goal second period and the Colorado Avalanche beat weary Minnesota 5-2 on Friday night to pull even with the third-place Wild in the Central Division.

It has been a busy NHL Trade Deadline for many teams. The Colorado Avalanche picked up Brock Nelson in a trade and have now traded for the former Wild forward Charlie Coyle.

BOSTON – Boston Bruins General Manager Don Sweeney announced today, March 7, that the team has acquired forwards Casey Mittelstadt and William Zellers and a 2025 second-round draft pick from the Colorado Avalanche in exchange for forward Charlie Coyle and a 2026 fifth-round draft pick.

Listed at 6-foot-6, 200 pounds, Bonner plays wide receiver and defensive end at Mullen High School, but his impressive size is a big reason why he's being recruited as a tight end. Last season as a junior he had 33 catches for 617 yards and eight touchdowns, proving to be an intriguing red-zone threat.
