Monken had a virtual interview with the Bears on January 17 before the Baltimore Ravens lost their divisional-round game against the Buffalo Bills. The 58-year-old has served as the Ravens offensive coordinator for the past two seasons, overseeing top-five scoring units in each campaign -- and boasting the No. 1 total offense in 2024.
