A new wildfire was reported today at 11:30 a.m. in Orange County. Bee Fire has been burning on private land. At present, there are no details on the containment or cause of the fire.

Initial reports from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office confirmed reports of a shooting that happened in a home in Apopka.

A man in his 20s was shot and killed Sunday afternoon in Apopka, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. Around 1:30 p.m. deputies responded to a shooting at the 500 block of West Ella J Gilmore St., where they found a man in his 20s with a gunshot wound, OCSO said.
