FOXBOROUGH — Patriots safety Jabrill Peppers returned to practice Tuesday amid ongoing legal proceedings for an alleged incident of domestic violence in October. Peppers, who spoke to the media briefly before practice, said he was not going to discuss any details about the criminal case, following advice from his attorneys.
