Several impressive game mechanics set to appear in the highly anticipated next Battlefield game come to light following recent playtest leaks.

A new Battlefield feature, the ability to drag a downed teammate to safety, was among the many things that leaked out of the early tests. Sirland said this will be a "key feature in the revive loop," going on to say he's expecting to see "some interesting use" in the next test.

There's also been a lot of positive chatter about in-game movement, too, with improved and/or reintroduced movement features such as crouch sprint, combat dive, and landing roll, as well as new visual indicators "to make it easier to understand when movements such as vaulting or leaning are possible."

Numerous video clips of what is purportedly gameplay footage of the next Battlefield game have appeared online today, with many of them swiftly being taken down by Electronic Arts.
