Harrison Ford is not worried that 2023's 'Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny' did not meet its own box office expectations. “S--- happens,” he said when asked about the movie's lackluster performance,

“S**t happens,” said Ford. “I was really the one who felt there was another story to tell. When [Indy] had suffered the consequences of the life that he had to live, I wanted one more chance to pick him up and shake the dust off his ass and stick him out there, bereft of some of his vigor, to see what happened.”

Although many Indiana Jones fans were unhappy with the last installment, Harrison Ford has made his peace with the character. The Oscar nominee recently shared his reaction to Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny‘s unsuccessful 2023 opening after taking one last adventure as the titular archaeologist in the James Mangold-helmed sequel.
