The actor most famous for playing Ron Weasley will be required to pay millions back in taxes after using a loophole once employed by the Beatles.

The Associated Press reports that the 36-year-old Harry Potter alum had been ordered to pay up in 2019 after the U.K. tax agency His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs looked into his tax return from 2012. Grint’s bill is 1.8 million pounds, which is equivalent to nearly $2.3 million.

A British judge has ruled that the actor must pay the hefty tax bill after incorrectly classifying his residuals as a capital asset instead of income
