Atlanta Falcons quarterback Kirk Cousins opened a can of worms during an interview with NFL Network on Feb. 4.

NFL Insiders believe Kirk Cousins will be released from the Atlanta Falcons at the start of the new league year. Only a year into a four-year deal, the veteran quarterback could be released by the Falcons this offseason.

"I definitely still feel like I have a lot of good football left in me," Cousins told NFL Network's "Good Morning Football" on Tuesday when asked about his future. "Time will tell. Still kind of uncertain. We'll get to March and know a lot more.
