The Indiana Pacers took a commanding 3-1 lead in their first-round series against the Milwaukee Bucks with a wire-to-wire win in Game 4 on Sunday night. They will have a chance to close things out and eliminate the Bucks for the second consecutive season in Game 5 on Tuesday, which will be back in Indianapolis.

Damian Lillard exited with a left leg injury during the first quarter of Game 4 of the Milwaukee Bucks vs. Indiana Pacers first round series in the 2025 NBA Playoffs. Lillard fell to the floor going for a loose ball and suffered a non-contact injury in the leg.

Indiana Pacers, Milwaukee Bucks point guard Damian Lillard could very well find himself back on the sidelines again. Dame went down early with a noncontact injury in Game 4 on Sunday night and did not return to the action after retiring to the locker room.
