Lindsay Lohan's just-released holiday movie has made it to the top of the Netflix charts today, just in time for the beginning of Christmas season.

In the battle for the best streaming service, Netflix has been launching a whole lot of Christmas movies of late – many of them landing in the no.1 spot in recent weeks. Our Little Secret adds to that pile, sure, but with a stronger lean into the comedy angle.

The star-studded new Christmas movie on Netflix has been branded ‘cringe’, ‘stiff’ and ‘poorly written’ in scathing reviews. In the last few weeks, fans have been blessed with a string of festive films – including Hot Frosty, the Merry Gentlemen and Dwayne Johnson ’s Red One.
