The lawsuit cites a study by Moms Across America and GMO Science that claims 100 percent of the cookies tested contained toxins.

Last month, a non-peer-reviewed study commissioned by Moms Across America alleged that Girl Scout Cookies had toxins in them.

Appleton, Green Bay and surrounding areas have access to ABC Baker's cookies, with the exception of Calumet County which has access to Little Brownie Bakers. The differences between the two bakers comes down to a matter of history, Brozek said.
