Jayson Tatum has been named the NBA’s Eastern Conference Player of the Month, per NBA Communications. This is Tatum’s fifth Player of the Month award, second only to Larry Bird’s seven for most in Boston Celtics history.

The NBA announced on Monday that Knicks point guard Jalen Brunson earned the most recent Eastern Conference Player of the Week Award for the week ending Dec. 1. It's the sixth such honor of Brunson's career and first this season.
