Ted Danson has been named the recipient of the Golden Globes' Carol Burnett Award, which he'll receive during the ceremony airing on Jan. 5.

Danson, an Emmy and Golden Globes award winner, will receive the trophy with Carol Burnett’s name on it to recognize his contributions to TV on or off screen. Along with 2025 Cecil B. DeMille Award winner Viola Davis, Danson will be honored at a gala dinner on Jan. 3, 2025 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles.
